Kevin was excellent. I tried to arrive early for the inspection and Kevin was already outside inspecting the exterior of the home. Kevin was very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the entire inspection. He was able to answer all of my questions while educating me on certain things that I would need to know. Moving from a condo to a single family home is a lot more responsibilities, and Kevin was kind enough to go over all of that with me. This was the second time I used Kevin for my Home Inspection (the first one had many hidden defects that Kevin was able find for me), and I will definitely refer him in the future. Chris

Kevin was an excellent inspector. He was polite, extremely thorough, and efficient. His use of time was excellent. He arrived early and did the preliminary outside work before we arrived (especially nice since it was raining), and he kept things moving during the appointment. He made sure we understood everything he was doing, and he even took the time to explain how the furnace and circuit breakers within the unit work. The final report was clear and thorough – the pictures really helped. Scott
